At Meloflow, the AI Music Generation Platform, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds on our AI music generation services.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet both of the following conditions:
- Time Requirement: Request the refund within 7 days of your purchase
- Usage Limit: Have generated no more than 5 songs using our service
If you do not meet both criteria, refund requests may be declined at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address in the request
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
Refund Process
- Review: We will review your refund request within 3 business days
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method
- Content Removal: Any songs generated during this period will be removed from your account
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been reviewed
- Credit: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions where more than 5 songs have been generated
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Generated music that has been downloaded or used commercially
- Partial subscription periods (refunds are provided for the full subscription amount only)
Subscription Cancellation
Please note that:
- Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically qualify you for a refund
- You will retain access to Meloflow until the end of your current billing period
- Generated music and account data will be preserved according to our data retention policy
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy. These decisions are made at our sole discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
